These experiences can feel scary or daunting at times. And to be willing to reflect on your troubles with another person, takes courage, and means that you’re wanting a change. You may have tried talking to family and friends, but therapy is different.

In Psychotherapy

All of your experiences affect how you feel today and how you approach the world. Even feelings that were put aside or buried can color how you see yourself and how you relate to others. In therapy, you will come to know different parts of who you are and discover what been at the heart of your turmoil. When you understand and process what’s going on, you’ll be more able to make changes that work for you.

Therapy with me isn’t about giving advice. It’s a collaboration. A relationship that focuses on you. As you lead the way, I’ll walk alongside you, and give you a safe space to express and process your pain. However messy or confusing it feels, I can receive it. And together we will help untangle the issues that have kept you stuck.

We can explore what's happening for you, what's wanting to heal, and uncover possibilities for change. You’ll have a chance to resolve your conflicts and be affirmed in who you are. However that looks for you, I’m here to support you on your journey.
