About Me

I received my B.A. in Psychology from CSUN. Before studying to become a therapist, I was involved in community health settings, call centers, and assisted medical staff in developing web-based treatment strategies for their patients. This reinforced something we’ve known for a long time. That your experience matters. I appreciate what your experiences mean to you, and how they play a part in your life. Even the unwanted feelings, symptoms, and struggles that might stir up because of them. These are concerns that I can help you address.

I received an MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. While in grad school, I also started my training at
the Southern California Counseling Center, working with a diverse population with different of presenting problems like anxiety, depression, family trauma, relationship conflicts, grief/loss, and life transitions.
